Olugbenga Ekundayo

Founder

A dynamic leader and visionary humanitarian, Olugbenga Ekundayo brings a wealth of experience in administration, strategic leadership, project coordination, and community empowerment. His extensive qualifications and background in health and safety, business analysis and data management, organizational development, and logistics form the foundation of HopeBeam’s unique approach, blending compassion with strategic execution.

His leadership philosophy emphasizes people-centered transformation, excellence, and collaboration.

Bukola Abimbola

Co-founder

An experienced administrator and governance expert, Bukola Abimbola provides strategic oversight and ensures adherence to strong institutional values. She concurrently serves as:

  • Director of Peacebuilding & Community Relations – specializing in mediation, humanitarian coordination, and conflict transformation.
  • Director of Administration & Governance, ensuring compliance, policy development, and operational efficiency.
  • Director of Finance & Partnerships – overseeing donor engagement, fiscal accountability, and partnership expansion.

Her inclusive leadership approach ensures that Hope Beam remains grounded in transparency and community trust.

Babajide Olapade 

Director

Babajide Olapade is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM) with extensive experience leading cross-functional teams, social impact initiatives, and youth-focused empowerment programs.

A results-driven strategist, Babajide has successfully designed and delivered complex projects that integrate agile methodologies into community development. His unique ability to align humanitarian goals with data-driven execution ensures that HopeBeam’s  projects are impact-focused, scalable, and sustainable.
